We will supply you with a complete report on each hotel's amenities, available dates, and lowest rates so that you can be an informed decision maker.

Hotel contract and room rate negotiation – This service is provided complimentary. Once Connections receives a list of possible sites, Connections saturates all hotels within these cities that are able to accommodate the group’s requirements for both guestrooms and function space. Connections’ staff is made up of former hotel Sales Managers and Directors of Sales & Marketing. With many years of hotel experience, our staff is very knowledgeable and very detailed in contractual negotiations and completely understands how hotel contracts read and the hidden clauses that are sometimes not visible to those unfamiliar with the process. Based on our total production nationwide, Connections is able to obtain the lowest rate possible as opposed to receiving quotes based on each individual piece of business that Connections represents.

Hotel food and beverage negotiation – This service is provided complimentary. Many of our employees also have catering and convention service backgrounds which requires knowledge in the area of food & beverage and understanding the methodology in which hotels use for pricing structure.
